TO MEMBERS AND FUTURE MEMBERS
The Pauanui Business Association committee has not only been working hard in the past year to promote Pauanui to benefit your business, but also working on more entitlements for being a Pauanui Business Association member.
At the Pauanui Business Association AGM on the 18th of August 2009, members voted that the new subscription structure be implemented. This will give members eleven entitlements as apposed to three as in the past, and we will be improving as the years move on to benefit members. Of course with the added entitlements comes a price, but we are still considerably below other Business Associations and Information Centres.
This is an invitation to non members and an update to Pauanui Business Association members on your entitlements and pricing. For members, keep in mind that subscriptions were due in April of this year so you have had nearly a six month reprieve already.
On the reverse of the Invoice will inform you of the new structure, entitlements and pricing. Attached is an invoice for your yearly subscription. Please reply back indicating the category you have chosen to be in.
MEMBERS
The attached invoice is based on what we think is the best category for you. If you wish to choose another category, please indicate this by emailing us this information, along with your email address and return. If you have not paid by the 20th of October 2009 all advertising that was displayed will be taken away.
FUTURE MEMBERS

The Committee of the Pauanui Business Association has been working on many ideas in the past year. Remember if you are a Pauanui Business Association member you can be part of events and promotions.
· Planning a Shop Local Campaign for 2010.
· Events for Saturday and Sundays in the month of March – March Weekend Series 2010. Targeting friends and families of property owners…
· Looking at adding more benefits for being a Full Pauanui Business Association Member like business to business breakfasts…and more.
· To actively encourage local businesses to partake in the regional annual festivals. Such as:
· The Homegrown Festival in May,
· The Beach Hop in March and
· The Pohutakawa Festival in November/December.
· Branding of Pauanui.
· The main Visual Identity of Pauanui.
· A major upgrade of the 3.5 x 2.5 metre map at the Waterways lookout, including upgradeable advertising boards for businesses.
· GPS Tourism Radio.
· Installation of the Heat Pump in the Information Centre.
· Networking meetings for all businesses.
· Upgrade to the Pauanuionline web site with updated page for the Pauanui Business Association.
We hope to see you in the future at our business to business breakfasts and other networking meetings.

4. A name, telephone number and email link listing on the www.pauanuionline.co.nz website Business Directory. Pauanui’s website is first ranking when searching for Pauanui on Google

· Pauanui Sports & Recreation Club – “Full Member” Use of sixteen A4 slots in front window of the Pauanui Information Centre.
Fee - $400.00 per year
